The deadline for submission of matters to be placed on the agenda for consideration at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners is 30 days prior to the meeting. Please refer to NAC 630.450 and NAC 630.455.
2. How do I obtain a list of Licensees?
If you would like to obtain a list of licensees licensed by the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners, please complete the form provided on the website in the "Patients & Consumers" section by clicking the Order Licensee List link), and mail it to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners at 9600 Gateway Drive, Reno, NV 89521, or fax it to the Board at (775) 688-2321. Please include the type of licensees to be included (Allopathic Physicians (M.D.s), Physician Assistants, Practitioners of Respiratory Care, Perfusionists, Anesthesiologist Assistants, Genetic Counselors). The list(s) will be provided in an Excel spreadsheet format. The list is sorted by licensee last name. Please provide the recipient e-mail address and enclose payment for the list(s) you are ordering. You may pay by cashier's check, money order or credit card. The cost of an M.D. list is $75; the cost of a Physician Assistant list is $25; the cost of a Respiratory Therapist list is $50; the cost of a Perfusionist list, Anesthesiologist Assistant List or a Genetic Counselor List is $5. If you are interested in obtaining a list of licensees within a particular specialty or specialties, or within a specific geographical area, please contact the Board office at (775) 688-2559, or toll-free at (888) 890-8210, to obtain the cost of the list prior to submitting your request.
