The Board's License
Specialists are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pacific Time at (775) 688-2559 to handle inquiries regarding applications
for licensure:
- Should your last name begin
with the letter A, B or C, you will be
assigned to Deputy Chief of Licensing:
Carolyn Castleman (phone extension "233")
- Should your last name
begin with the letter D, E, F, G or H, you will be
assigned to License Specialist:
Brandi Matt (phone extension "255")
- Should your last name
begin with the letter I, J, K, L or M, you
will be
assigned to License Specialist:
Kristi Stewart (phone extension "228")
- Should your last name
begin with the letter N, O, P, Q, R or S, you will be
assigned to License Specialist:
Brett Canady (phone extension "231")
- Should your last name
begin with the letters T, U, V, W, X, Y or
Z, you will be assigned to Chief of Licensing:
Lynnette Daniels (phone extension "223")
- NON-U.S. CITIZENS,
ONLY: If you are currently licensed to practice medicine in Nevada,
but are a non-U.S. citizen, you will be assigned to License Specialist:
Brandi Matt (phone extension "255"),
who will handle your application file with respect to any
changes in
your immigration status.
