WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF MATTERS TO BE
PLACED ON THE AGENDA FOR CONSIDERATION AT A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS?
In
order for a matter to be included in the agenda for consideration by the Board at a
regular meeting of the Board of Medical Examiners, the request and supporting materials
must be received in the Board's Reno office by no later than thirty (30) days prior to the
scheduled meeting. Please refer to the Board's meeting schedule, which can be

HOW DO I OBTAIN AN ACCOUNT FOR ONLINE VERIFICATION
OF LICENSURE?
The cost of becoming an account user for
online verification of licensure via the Board's website is $100 per month, for an
unlimited number of verifications. If you would like to become an account user,
please send a written request to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners at P.O. Box
7238, Reno, NV 89510, and include the contact name, company name, address,
phone number, fax and e-mail address. Please enclose a check for $100.00,
payable to "Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners," for the first month's
fee. You will be billed monthly thereafter.
HOW DO I OBTAIN A LIST OF LICENSEES?
If
you would like to obtain a list of licensees licensed by the Nevada State Board of Medical
Examiners, please send a written request to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners at
P.O. Box 7238, Reno, NV 89510. Please include the type of licensees to be
included (allopathic physicians (M.D.s), Physician Assistants or Respiratory Therapists) and advise us as to
the manner in which you would like to receive your list (hard copy, via e-mail
or on a CD).If
you would like the information sent via e-mail or on a CD, we will provide the file in
Excel format, and the file may be zipped due to large size.Additionally, the list
is usually sorted by licensee last name.If you require a
different sort method, please so advise. Please provide the recipient e-mail address or
mailing address, and enclose a check for the cost of the list or lists you are requesting,
payable to "Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners." The cost of an M.D.
list is $75; the cost of a Physician Assistant list is $25; and the cost of a Respiratory
Therapist list is $50 (this is the only form of payment the Board can
process). If you are interested in obtaining a list of licensees within
a particular specialty or specialties, please contact the Board office at 888-890-8210
