statement; a violation of NRS 630.306(2)(a), engaging in conduct intended to deceive; and
2 violations of NRS 630.306(11) for failing to notify the Board of disciplinary actions
against his licenses in WI and CA. Board ordered public written reprimand and pay
$300 to cover partial administrative costs. |
