Mr. Campbell alleging that he held himself out to be a licensed physician,
that
he performed medical services other than at the direction or under the
supervision of the supervising physician, and that he engaged in performing
medical services under to influence of alcohol or other controlled
substances or
mental or physical illness. |

Examiners summarily suspended Mr. Campbell's physicians assistant certificate to
practice medicine in the state of Nevada pending a hearing on the matter. |

REVOKED in the state of Nevada. |
