Charged with practicing medicine beyond the scope permitted by law in that Dr. Bovelle practiced
medicine in the state of Nevada while her Nevada license was Inactive. The Board ordered that Dr. Bovelle be issued a public
reprimand; pay a fine of $5,000; complete two hours of CME in ethics; and
pay all costs incurred by the Board in the proceedings in the amount of
$2,657.84.
