The Investigative Committee of the Board filed a formal complaint against
Mr. Campbell alleging that he held himself out to be a licensed physician, that
he performed medical sevices other than at the direction or under the
supervision of the supervising physician, and that he engaged in performing
medical services under to influence of alcohol or other controlled substances or
mental or physical illness.

August 7, 1997
The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners summarily suspended
Mr. Campbell's physicians assistant certificate to practice medicine in
the state of Nevada pending a hearing on the matter.

September 24, 1997
The Board Ordered that Mr. Campbell's Physicain Assistant Certificate be
REVOKED in the state of Nevada.
