FORMAL DISCIPLINARY ACTION TAKEN BY THE NEVADA STATE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS: ******************************************************************** APRIL 1, 2002 The Investigative Committee of the Board Summarily Suspended Dr. De Friez's license and filed a formal complaint against the Respondent, alleging he violated NRS 630.306 (1) - the inability to practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety because of illness, a mental or physical condition or the use of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or an other substance, is grounds for disciplinary proceedings.
