FORMAL DISCIPLINARY ACTION TAKEN BY THE NEVADA STATE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS:

The Investigative Committee of the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners
filed a formal Complaint against Dr. Selkin for practicing medicine beyond the
scope permittted by law in that Dr. Selkin practiced medicine in the state of Nevada
while his Nevada license was Inactive.

On February 3, 2003, Dr. Selkin entered into a Stipulation for Settlement with the
Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners wherein the Board shall issue the
Decision and Order, as: Issue Respondent a Public Reprimand; Order Respondent
to pay $9,250.00 as disgorgement of payments received by Respondent while
not licensed in Nevada; and to fine Respondent $1,000.00.

On March 17, 2003, The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners entered an
ORDER, the Respondent having pled No Contest to the allegations contained
in the complaint, and having waived formal findings of fact and conclusions
of law, that: Respondent is Guilty of practicing medicine in the state of Nevada
while registered inactive; Respondent is issued a Public Reprimand; Respondent
will pay $9,250.00 as disgorgement of payments received while not licensed in
Nevada; and Respondent is fined $1,000.00.
