At its telephone conference call meeting on Wednesday, March 15, 2000, the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners, after consideration, accepted the irrevocable surrender of the license to practice medicine in the state of Nevada, while under investigation for violation of the Medical Practice Act, of Gabriel D. Cacuci, M.D., license number 3525.
