The Investigative Committee of the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners filed a formal complaint against
Dr. Yearsley for a violation of NRS 630.301(3), for revocation, suspension, modification or limitation of the license to practice any type of medicine by any other jurisdiction,
which is grounds for disciplinary action. On February 9, 2006, the Utah Medical Board revoked his license to practice medicine for gross negligence and incompetence in the treatment of
patients; however, the revocation was stayed and respondent was placed on probation with multiple conditions for a period of three years. |

The Investigative Committee of the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners filed an amended formal complaint against
Dr. Yearsley, for a violation of NRS 630.301(3), for revocation, suspension, modification or limitation of the license to practice any type of medicine by any other jurisdiction or the surrender of the license while under investigation by any licensing authority,
which is grounds for disciplinary action, and a violation of NRS 630.301(3), for
the stipulated surrender of his license to practice medicine in the state of California after an Accusation had been filed,
which constitutes a violation. |

The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners(Board) entered its Finding of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order,
whereby Dr. Yearsley was found guilty of two counts of violating NRS 630.301(3),
when his Utah medical license was modified and when there was a stipulated surrender of his California license to practice medicine.
The Board ordered that Dr. Yearsley reimburse the Board all costs and fees incurred in the investigation and prosecution of the case within one year from the date of the Order in the amount of $5,441.81 and pay a fine in the amount of $100.00 within one year from the date of
the Order. |
