allowed for an order to be entered finding Dr. Sacco violated NRS
630.301(3),
as set forth in the First Amended Complaint,
and ordering that Dr. Sacco receive reimburse the Board’s costs and expenses
incurred in the investigation and prosecution of the case against him. |

Dr. Sacco, charging him with a violation of NRS 630.301(3), for disciplinary
action, including the revocation, suspension, modification or limitation of
a license to practice any type of medicine, taken by another state. |

Dr. Sacco, charging him with a violation of NRS 630.301(3), for disciplinary
action, including the revocation, suspension, modification or limitation of
a license to practice any type of medicine, taken by another state, and a
violation of NRS 630.306(11), for failure to report in writing, within 30
days, any disciplinary action taken against a licensee by another state. |
