Charged with one violation of NRS
630.306(1), failure to maintain medical records; one violation of NRS 630.306(3),
administering, dispensing or prescribing any controlled substance in a manner not
authorized by law; one violation of NRS 630.306(2)(a), engaging in conduct intended to
deceive; and one violation of NRS 630.230(1)(a), falsifying records of health
care. Stipulated settlement: Dr. Panicari to receive public reprimand,
perform 20 hours of community service, pay the administrative expenses incurred in the
investigation, perform an additional 20 hours of CME, and pay a $1,000 fine.
