Charged with failing to respond to an order
of the Investigative Committee of the Board to provide an explanatory response to a
complaint filed against him by a patient. Board found Dr. Ostrowsky willfully
refused to comply with the Investigative Committee's Order and ordered he be fined
$5,000.00, receive a public reprimand, and pay all costs incurred by the Board in the
disciplinary proceedings. |
