The Investigative Committee of
the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners filed a formal complaint against
Dr. Ong alleging that he was prescribing controlled substances in excessive
amount, gross and repeated malpractice, engaging in conduct intended to
deceive. |

7/09/1994 |
The Board ordered that Dr. Ong's
license be suspended however the suspension is stayed and he is placed on
probation with terms and conditions for 2 years, he shall complete 30 extra
hours of CME in pain management and
10 extra hours of CME in prescribing, and he shall pay all administrative costs
incurred by the board. |

|
The Board ordered that Dr. Ong had
successfully completed all the terms and
conditions of his probation and his Nevada
medical license is restored to full and
unrestricted status. |
