his license by fraud or misrepresentation, or by false, misleading, inaccurate or
incomplete statements; and one violation of NRS 630.306(2)(a), engaging in conduct
intended to deceive, both relating to the disciplinary action taken against his Colorado
license.
Board ordered Dr. McFarland be issued a public reprimand and pay administrative costs. |
