A complaint was filed against
Muzaffar Kirmani, M.D., charging him with a violation of NRS 630.3062(1),
for failure to maintain timely, legible, accurate and complete medical
records related to treatment of a patient. |

A Settlement Agreement was approved
and accepted by the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners whereby Dr.
Kirmani was found guilty of a violation of NRS 630.3062(1), and the Board
ordered that he be publicly reprimanded, required to complete 10 hours of
continuing medical education regarding the subject of medical record keeping, in
addition to any continuing medical education required as a condition of
licensure, and reimburse the Board the costs and expenses incurred in the
investigation and prosecution of the case. |
