On March 11, 2011, the Nevada State Board of Medical
Examiners approved, accepted and adopted a Settlement Agreement which
allowed for an order to be entered finding Dr. Beecham violated NRS
630.301(4), as set forth in the Complaint, and ordering that Dr. Beecham reimburse the Board its reasonable costs and expenses
incurred in the investigation and prosecution of the case. |

On December 3, 2010, the Nevada
State Board of Medical Examiners accepted the voluntary
surrender of Dr. Beecham's license to practice medicine in Nevada, pending
formal disciplinary action. |

The Investigative Committee of
the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners filed a formal complaint against
Dr. Beecham charging him with a violation of NRS 630.301(4), for
malpractice. |
