A complaint was filed against
Adekundle Ajayi, M.D., charging him with a violation of NRS 630.301(4), for failing to
use the reasonable knowledge, skill and expertise ordinarily used in similar
circumstances when he initially
increased the patient's lithium dosage and failed to properly supervise and
manage the patient's lithium treatment course. |

The Board found that Dr. Ajayi
violated NRS 630.301(4) and ordered that Dr. Ajayi be publicly reprimanded and shall
reimburse the Board the reasonable costs and expenses incurred in the
investigation and prosecution of the case in the amount of $12,978.97 within 60
days. |
