MARCH 10, 1988
    The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners filed a formal
    complaint against Dr. Spector alleging that he failed to comply
    with an order of the board, ordering him to submit to a
    psychiatric evaluation and examination, and inability to
    practice medicine with reasonable skill and safety.

MAY 25, 1988
    The Board entered into a Stipulation for Settlement with
    Dr. Spector and it was ordered that his license be revoked,
    the revocation was stayed and he was placed on probation
    for 5 years, he will enter into a contract with the Northern
    Nevada Physicians Aid Committee for 5 years, he be
    ordered to submit to random urinalysis, submit to a
    psychiatric examination, and he shall not dispense any
    controlled substances in the state of Nevada.

JUNE 23, 1989
    The board denied Dr. Spector's petition to the Board for
    restoration of his medical license. It was ordered that he
    need to complete CME in the field of opthalmology and
    all other terms imposed by the order.

SEPTEMBER 26, 1989
    The Board ordered that Dr. Spector's license to practice
    medicine in the state of Nevada be restored to full and
    unrestricted licensure as soon as he completes the CME
    in the field of opthalmology.

MARCH 14, 1998
    The Board ordered to restore Dr. Spector's license to
    practice medicine in the state of Nevada to full and
    unrestricted status.
