SCOTT-CRAVEY, YVONNE, P.A.-C.

JUNE 19, 2003:
On 16 June 2003 the Investigative Committee of the Nevada State Board of Medical
Examiners filed a formal Complaint against Physician Assistant Yvonne Scott (Cravey)
for Failure To Comply with a Board ORDER, which was personally served on her,
and is a violation of the Provisions of NAC 630.380 (g).

The ORDER, on May 1st, 2003 requested Physician Assistant Scott (Cravey) provide an
observed urine sample and to pay the costs thereof. Refusal left the Investigative
Committee unable to determine the probability that the licensee may be using or abusing
substances that may result in the licensee practicing while under the influence, which is a
violation of the medical practice act.
