SCHIEVE, DONALD R., M.D.

SEPTEMBER 25, 1996
The Investigative Committee of the Nevada State Board
of Medical Examienrs filed a formal complaint against
Dr. Schieve alleging that he was signing a blank prescription
form, engaging in conduct intended to deceive, failure to
maintain medical records, falsifying records of health care,
writing prescription for a controlled substance without an
appropriate exam, acquiring controlled substances from a
pharmacy by fraud, aiding , assisting or employing any
unlicensed person to engage in the practice of medicine, and
providing services which he knows is that he is not competent
to perform.

DECEMBER 16, 1996
The Board entered into a Stipulation for Settlment with
Dr. Schieve and it was ordered that he receive a public
written reprimand, that he pay all administrative expenses
incurred by the board, and that his license be revoked,
the revocation be stayed and that he be placed on 5 years
probation, he shall not practice medicine in Nevada during
his probation, that on 7/1/97 he request to be placed on
inactive status and will remain on inactive status during his
probationary period.

AUGUST 29, 1997
The Investigative Committee of the Nevada State Board of
Medical Examiners filed a formal complaint against Dr. Schieve
for failure to pay administrative costs as ordered on December 16, 1996

DECEMBER 30, 1997
The Board ordered to revoke Dr. Schieve's medical license
in the state of Nevada.

DECEMBER 14, 1998
The Boards revocation of Dr. Scheive's license was overruled
by a court order. Dr. Sheive is now on inactive status.
