AUGUST 12, 1999
The Investigative Committee of the Nevada State Board of
Medical Examiners filed a formal complaint against Dr. Savery
alleging that he was aiding, assisting, employing, or advising
directly or indirectly, any unlicensed person to engage in the
practice of medicine.

AUGUST 16, 1999
The Board ordered to Summarily Suspend Dr. Savery's
license to practice medicine in the state of Nevada pending
proceedings on the complaint.

OCTOBER 7, 1999
The Board accepted Dr. Savery's irrevocable surrender of
his Nevada medical license while under investigation.
