FORMAL COMPLAINT FILED BY THE BOARD
NOVEMBER 20, 2002
The Investigative Committee of the Board of Medical
Examiners filed a formal complaint against Kenneth Mower, M.D.,
alleging he endangered the health, safety and welfare
of his patient by prescribing a lethal dose of an opiate.


ORDER OF SUMMARY SUSPENSION FILED BY THE BOARD
NOVEMBER 21, 2002
The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners filed an Order
of Summary Suspension of licensure to practice medicine in
the State of Nevada against Kenneth Mower, M.D., on this date
because the public health, safety and welfare imperatively require
actionand summary suspension of Dr. Mower's license to practice
as a physician in the state of Nevada for prescribing a lethal dose
of an opiate.


ORDER OF REVOCATION FILED BY THE BOARD
JUNE 24, 2003.
The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners revoked
the medical license of Dr. Mower and ordered he pay
all costs incurred by the Board in the amount of $46,006.72.
