The Investigative Committee of the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners filed a formal complaint against Dr. Edwin Kulubya for alleged modifications placed on his license to practice medicine by the California Medical Board, as per Count I (violation of NRS 630.301(3)).

A Settlement Agreement was approved and accepted by the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners whereby Edwin Kulubya, M.D., acknowledged that he engaged in conduct that is grounds for discipline pursuant to the Medical Practice Act, to wit: one count of modification of an out-of-state medical license, a violation of NRS 630.301(3).  The Board ordered that Dr. Kulubya receive a public reprimand, that he shall attend, within one year of the date of  the order, six (6) hours of continuing medical education on the subject of ethics, in addition to any other continuing medical education required as a condition of licensure, and the continuing medical education must be approved by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee in advance of its performance, and that Dr. Kulubya pay $665.31 for administrative fees due within sixty (60) days of the order.
