7/14/88:  Stipulated agreement:  treatment and monitoring with additional terms.  In recovery from substantial dependance.  License revocation, stayed.

8/10/94:  Hearing to consider lifting stay of  revocation for non-compliance with probation imposed by Board

9/9/94:  Stay of revocation continued and placed on 10 years probation with following terms:   fine of $2,500; required to pay cost of hearing; random urine drug testing; prohibited from prescribing Schedules II & III and Stadol & Nubain; practice limited to structure approved by Board; abide by all terms of stipulated agreement with Physicians' Assistance Committee of Northern Nevada.

5/5/94:  Petition for lift of stay of revocation and for summary suspension filed due to violation of terms of probation.  License summarily suspended 5/5/95.  Hearing on 6/9/95; license suspension ordered to remain in effect until 11/5/95.

12/28/95:  The Board ordered that Dr. Adamson pay the previously ordered amount of $2,000.00 to the board by January 15, 1996 to cover administrative costs and fines.

1/5/96:  The Board ordered that Dr. Adamson could return to private practice in Fallon, Nevada with the terms and conditions as set in the November 9, 1994 Findings of Fact Conclusion of Law and Order.

1/15/97:  The Board Ordered to Summarily Suspend Dr. Adamson's license to practice medicine in the state of Nevada pending the proceedings. It is alleged that he is in violation of the January 5, 1996 order.

1/27/97:  The Board ordered to REVOKE Dr. Adamson's license to practice medicine in the state of Nevada.
